  • I gathered a lot of research through competitive audits, market studies, and user feedback, but it was hard to turn all that information into real design changes
  • Collaborating with diverse UX design colleagues sometimes led to miscommunication and inefficiencies in the design process
  • I completed my work before the high-fidelity designs were finished, so I could only present the mid-fidelity version
